• add recruitment? get blurbs to elementary school electronic news, put paper flyers in school office
• Girl Scout ceremony theme
October training -
• new leader training w/Kathy Hudson
• D, B, Jr, C, Sr., A levels and camping – bring trainers to us?

• pair up troops of different levels to help the younger troops bridge
Activities
• songfest organized by CSA’s, charge a nominal fee for fundraising - No volunteers to run this yet.

– First Aid/CPR - Tracy Garber
– Brownie Encampment - Maria Gilbreth, Nandita Khanna & Michelle Sands
November cookie baking - Sue Lichter and Cindy Collins
• cookie baking for the needy (patterned after cluster)
• whole day event, troops sign up for shifts
• deliver packaged cookies to various charities
December
• Holiday Bazaar – Lynne Valentine & Gabrielle Knox
February
• Thinking Day – Natalie Nicolas (CSA)
March – JR encampment - Tracy Burgett & Ilona Canestrelli, Nandita Khanna
• 3rd – 6th grade
• all meals and activities planned
• archery & challenge course
March/April - hike - Ilona Canestrelli and Tracy Burgett
• hiking won over skating this year

May - end of year event - Azita Shaban & Van Ho,
• similar to ‘Adventures in Scouting’ event from 2009
• add bridging ceremony?
